When you have several documents to review, a batch can make the results easier to compare. AIScan’s Bulk Detector keeps the filename beside each score so you can decide which documents to review.
Prepare Your Files
Bulk checking requires Pro access. You can submit up to 25 files at once.
Upload TXT or MD documents and JPG, PNG or WebP images in the same batch. Text files must be no larger than 100 KB and contain 50–20,000 characters. Images must be no larger than 3 MB. Filenames can contain up to 255 characters.
Choose recognizable filenames before uploading. Keep the original documents together so you can match each result to the right source later. PDF and Word files must be converted to a supported text format first; inspect the extracted text before submitting it.
Build and Run the Batch
- Open Bulk Detector.
- Choose your files or drop them into the upload area.
- Check the selected list and remove any documents you do not want to scan.
- Confirm the number of documents ready, then select Scan All.
If a file is unreadable or unsupported, the interface reports it. Supported files remain in the list when another file is rejected. Correct the reported issue or continue with the accepted files.
Compare the Results
Each row shows its filename, type, scan status and AI Detection score. Text results also show the word count. Files stay in upload order as their results arrive.
Open a completed row to view the analysis. Text reports include highlighted passages; image reports include generator confidence scores. A score estimates AI Generation and does not establish authorship.
Once processing starts, one document can fail while others succeed. Read the status for each row and use Retry unfinished to retry failed or cancelled files without repeating completed scans.
Export a Review Record
Select Export CSV to download a table containing document names, AI scores, word counts and statuses. Keep the exported file with the original batch so the results remain understandable later.
The CSV is a summary of the scan. It is not a full report of sentence-level evidence or a record of the author’s writing process.
Inspect a Document More Closely
Select a completed row to expand its full result without running another scan. Completed batches are saved in Scan History, where you can reopen each file’s analysis. Image files themselves are not stored in the saved batch.
Read How to Read Your AIScan Result for guidance on scores and Sentence Analysis. Compare the result with the original work, source material and any drafts available to you.
Keep the Decision With a Person
Do not use a detection score by itself to make an accusation or an academic or employment decision. Ask about the writing process, consider relevant evidence and give the person an opportunity to explain their work.
