A rewrite can offer a different way to express an idea. It can also change emphasis, remove a qualification or introduce a mistake. Humanizer works best when you know what you want to say and can compare the result with your original.
Choose a Passage
Humanizer requires Pro access. Paste a passage of at least 30 words, with no more than 10,000 characters.
Start with a complete thought or section, rather than a disconnected fragment. Save your original before making changes. If the work belongs to a client, course or publication, check whether rewriting assistance is permitted.
Set the Writing Options
The Readability menu offers High School, University, Doctorate, Journalist and Marketing. Choose the option closest to your intended audience and context.
The Strength menu offers Quality, Balanced and More Human. These options guide the rewrite. They do not guarantee a precise reading level, a specific detection score or acceptance under someone else’s rules.
Select Humanize to start. The result appears in Humanized Text, alongside the original input so you can review both.
Compare Meaning First
Read the result once for the overall argument. Then compare it with the original more carefully:
- Names and numbers: check dates, measurements, names and quantities.
- Claims: make sure the rewrite has not introduced unsupported facts.
- Qualifications: preserve words such as “may,” “sometimes” and “under these conditions” when they matter.
- Quotations and terms: keep direct quotations accurate and technical terms precise.
- Tone: decide whether the wording suits the reader and still sounds appropriate for your work.
Restore the original wording wherever the change alters what you intended. A fluent sentence is not automatically an accurate one.
Copy and Edit the Result
Use Copy to move the result into your own editor, then make any final adjustments. If clipboard access is unavailable, select and copy the text manually.
Follow any disclosure requirements for your course, client or publisher. A detection score cannot verify factual accuracy or tell you whether the rewrite is permitted for a particular task.
Review the content for its meaning. Do not use repeated rewrites simply to chase a lower score.
Work With Several Documents
Bulk Humanizer accepts up to 10 text or Markdown files. Each document needs at least 30 words and must stay within 10,000 characters.
The bulk flow processes the files as a batch and offers individual .txt downloads for successful results. It does not expose the single-document rewrite controls or a ZIP download. Review each output against its original before using it.
